- Ana Santidrian is a data specialist, and has headed up the Hotcourses Data team for the last ten years. Her team of 46 Information Officers (in the UK and Chennai) provide the information for the largest educational database in the world, which contains over 1 million courses and over 8,500 providers. Ana's ethos is that quality is at the heart of everything within her department and to this end the database is externally audited and subject to external Quality Assurance (QA) monthly checks, always exceeding the monthly Service Level Agreement (SLA) and scoring an average accuracy rate of over 96%. Ana has been a key member of the project team in developing our Course Manager product for providers and therefore in ensuring that Hotcourses has the most comprehensive and accurate database of providers and courses in the UK.
